Payment Policy – Shahrukh Solar House

At Shahrukh Solar House, we are committed to providing our valued customers with secure, transparent, and convenient payment solutions.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer – Direct payment to our official company account.
• Online Payment Gateways – Secure and instant digital transactions.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only in Karachi, with a minimum 10% advance deposit required.
• In-store Payment – Customers who opt for local pickup may pay directly at our shop (Monday–Thursday & Saturday, Friday OFF).

2. Payment Terms & Conditions

• For deliveries outside Karachi, full payment must be made in advance.
• Courier charges outside Karachi will be borne by the customer.
• COD is not applicable on Solar Panels and Solar Inverters.
• For orders above Rs. 1,000,000/- or special package deals, a 50% advance payment is mandatory.
• Orders will only be processed once the required advance payment has been successfully confirmed.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• Refunds are only applicable if the product is unavailable or a technical issue arises.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days and will be returned via the same payment method used.

4. Important Note

Payments must only be made to the official account details of Shahrukh Solar House. We will not be responsible for any payments made to unauthorized or incorrect accounts.
