Refund & Exchange Policy – Shahrukh Solar House
At Shahrukh Solar House, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. To maintain transparency and trust, please review our Refund & Exchange Policy outlined below:
1. Eligibility & Conditions
- Customers must notify us at shahrukhsolarhouse@gmail.com before initiating any return or exchange.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
- Requests for refund or exchange must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Products that are burned, tampered with, or physically damaged are strictly non-returnable.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If an incorrect item is delivered, do not open or use the product. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
- If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must report it within 3 days of delivery by emailing photos and details to shahrukhsolarhouse@gmail.com.
- Products found to have a manufacturer defect or material fault will be repaired or replaced. If repair or replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
- Damages caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or usage beyond specified limits are not covered under this policy.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds apply only to regular priced items.
- All returned products are subject to inspection and testing by our engineering team before approval.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Customers will be notified via email or phone call regarding the status of their refund or exchange.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered).
- For orders collected via in-store pickup, refunds or exchanges must be processed at the store.
5. Claim Procedure
There are two ways to initiate a refund or exchange request:

Customer Account: Log in to your Shahrukh Solar House account and submit a request directly from your order history.
Important Note: All products are quality-tested prior to dispatch. Refunds and exchanges are only approved after verification by our technical team.
